If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@prabisha.com to notify of the return, within 48 hours of receiving an item. Please make it clear if you require an exchange or refund for the item. The item should be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of an item.
Postage cost for return and re-ship (in case of exchange), will be borne by the customer. Please obtain a shipping proof so items reach us safely. Please ensure that the item returned is packed adequately and shipped using a reliable vendor, so it reaches us undamaged. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in post for returns and exchanges.
Once the item is received by us, we will confirm if the return or exchange process can be completed or not depending on the condition of the returned item. Items deemed unfit for refund or exchange may be returned to customer if they wish, in which case delivery cost will be borne by customer.
